This is probably going to be a YMMV situation. I was able to do it at my store, I guess it just depends on how nice you are :)
Take your Wal-mart ad to Target (These ad's are located with the Greeter at Wal-mart):
Price Match to Wal-mart $19.96
Final Price: $4.96
Or if you don't wanna do the price match, Target still will have it at the lowest price with both coupons.
Purchase it at Target's Price - $22.99
Final Price: $7.99
Let me know if any of you where also able to score this deal for $4.96!
