    My son was really easy to potty train, until his baby sister came along and then he totally reverted back to diapers. Eventually we came up with a sticker system (he loved stickers) and every time he went in the potty, he got a sticker on a sheet on the back of the bathroom door. It worked because it was positive reinforcement!
